What we collect

• Money Leak Report submissions: company name, ZIP code, email, optional website. Used to perform the audit and email you the report.
• Customer data (paying clients only): business contact details, call recordings, CRM/dispatch data, review platform tokens, GBP credentials — all only to operate the service you've purchased.
• Site analytics: anonymized page views, source attribution. We do not use behavioral ad networks.

What we don't do

• Sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
• Use your business data to train shared AI models.
• Track you across other sites with cookies.

Subprocessors

We use the following service providers to operate the platform: Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (CRM and SMS), Twilio (voice), Anthropic / OpenAI (AI processing of transcripts), Cloudflare (hosting + edge), Postmark or Resend (transactional email). All are bound by their own data-protection terms.

Your rights

Email privacy@fortun8.ai to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. We respond within 30 days.
